Ballet is the background of all Dance: strength, grace and beauty. Learning will give you 'inner strength', whilst helping to improve your posture. Your 'self confidence' will also improve, through learning to dance ballet. Whether your just starting 'with the basics', or are 'up on points' - we have loads of fun in our weekly ballet dance classes! So could you :)
What I most like about ballet, is the 'amount of toning' that you can feel 'on the insides' of your legs - having completed various ballet exercises. I also find the learning of the French 'ballet terms', to be an exercise for my mind (as its like I'm learning a 'new language' as well: Plie, Grande Battement, Arabesque, Jete, Assemble, Changement and Entracchat).
